Nashville based artist, Ty Combs has collected numerous stories from his many homes, including Colorado Springs, Brisbane, QLD in Australia and the Big Island of Hawaii. Combs uses those stories as inspiration for his music.
His latest single, “Knew You,” draws from the “feeling of thinking you know who a person is, but only truly knowing the person you fabricated within your own mind,” Combs says.
This newest song, written with Ethan Fortenberry of Ethansroom and produced by Andrew Van Wert and Combs, blends ethereal synths with rock guitar to create a track with classic 70’s, 80’s, and British Rock influences.
