For Toronto based singer-songwriter, Peter Drucker writing music is about creating narrative through song. “The songs I write are to tell stories that I need to say, things that fester inside if held for too long, “ Drucker shared.
In his newest single “Concrete,” Drucker examines our tendencies to create narratives for others based on their social media posts, “My latest song, “Concrete,” is about a “friend” of mine who seems to have moved on to greener pastures and left me behind to drudge through my dreary existence without them.” Drucker captures this relatable feeling through poetic lyrics paired with piano and a catchy hook.
Drucker recently teased that more music is coming soon.
