Latashá, known for her signature smooth rap flow and her music’s featured appearance on the Netflix’s hit series Self Made, released her latest single, “GoGo Wyne.” This dance track is a collaboration with DJ/fashion icon Honey Dijon and pioneering Australian act PNAU and is packed with the fearless empowerment that Latashá hopes will be the standout ingredient for this “anthem for Black women.”
Latashá says that “being in these times, it’s been so challenging to create as a Black artist in America. So much has been taken away from Black artists, and I’m tired of it. “GoGo Wyne” is not just my affirmation song, but it’s the manifestation of my people’s success, despite what others might think of our worth. It’s a reminder of our magic.”
“GoGo Wyne,” produced by LyteHaus, the creative house founded by Latashá, her partner and two best friends, is a playlist must.
