Ahead of his highly anticipated debut album, Grammy -Nominated rising R&B artist, Givēon is giving fans another dose of his soul-stirring music.
His latest single, “For Tonight” evokes the same passion as his viral hit “Heartbreak Anniversary” with lyrics that contemplate, “the story of a taboo vice that I just can’t seem to stop indulging in,” Givēon explained.
The single produced by Sevn Thomas (Drake, Rihanna, Travis Scott), Jahaan Sweet (Eminem, Kehlani) and Akeel Henry (WizKid, SwaeLee) begins with a piano melody that heralds in Givēon’s deep, rich vocals before ascending into “For Tonight I’m Yours” with an emotion-filled intensity that highlights his vocal range
Givēon enlisted the expertise of Academy Award-nominated filmmaker, Sophia Nahli Allison to direct the music video for the track. The gloomy, film noir-esque visual alternates between reflective moments and glimpses into a secret love affair.
Fans will get to experience this emotion-filled track live on Givēon’s sold-out 14-city “Timeless Tour.”
