Following his September release “I Am Here,” singer-songwriter Ben Abraham has created an equally stunning visual for the single with the help of Grammy/Tony/Emmy winner Ben Platt.
Drenched in the glow of the sun, the two walk side by side down the Santa Monica Boardwalk. Under palm trees and amidst cyclical guitar, their harmonies rival the sun’s warmth.
This single continues the “remarkable depth” of Abraham’s first album noted by the New York Times and teases his sophomore contribution, Friendly Fire, due out March 11.
“If a big theme of my first album was finding faith, then my new album explores what happens when you lose it… I had met the person I was certain I was going to marry but ultimately – during a very difficult time – was unfaithful to. All hell broke loose, and I was forced to re-evaluate everything I’d believed to be true,” Abraham shared of his upcoming album.
You can also hear more from Platt on his Reverie tour kicking off in Seattle on September 3. Tickets here!
