Hey girl… Aidan Bissett has released his latest single “Grocery Store Girl.”
The track, written with Sam Catalano and Jason Suwito (K.Flay, Imagine Dragons), is an angsty, indie-rock reverie about a chance meeting at the grocery store.
“This song was quite literally inspired by a girl I met in a grocery store,” explains Aidan Bissett. “Sometimes I just wonder what life would be like if I was to spontaneously be with someone I had just met and that’s what this song is about.”
Aidan’s musings result in confessional lyrics and the realization that “maybe I am better with you.”
Listen to the track below and catch Aidan live on tour supporting Claire Rosinkranz beginning February 21 in Washington, D.C. Grab your tickets here!
