“Radio Tower” is the powerful new single from UK singer-songwriter Dan Owen.
In the track, Owen laments on the neglect and deterioration of a relationship and a past self, while drawing a parallel to the declining seaside towns in Northern England. Through his signature gritty vocals and limited use of instruments Owen captures that raw emotion and nostalgia.
“Growing up is the same, though – falling in love is the same. Except, maybe it can’t last. There is just too much stacked against it. Maybe that makes it more real? When you know you’re about to lose something, you linger on every moment,” Owen said of his inspiration.
