YellowStraps, a Belgian alternative R&B duo, is finding ways to innovatively create music, despite a COVID-19 lockdown. Band members Yvan and Alban Murenzi have been working on the Yellockdown Project since lockdown began in March. The duo virtually collaborates with artists from around the world to produce fresh new tracks. The duo records each week’s writing session and posts it to their YouTube channel.
The latest collaborative installment “Frissons” was created with French rapper Nelick. The laid-back R&B track, performed entirely in French, explores the complexities of love and commitment.
